A recent survey of 20 councils in the UK revealed some worrying news for those looking to try everything they can to keep a hold of their cheap car insurance. Budget cuts have found that the vast majority of potholes left over from the bad weather last winter have literally been patched up. It was revealed a few months ago that there were issues with cheap car insurance. Although drivers believed that they had taken out legitimate policies and had the paperwork to prove it, many were being pulled over by the police and given tickets for not having any form of insurance in place.
