Women Are Bad Drivers – Fact or Fiction?
Written by Tayla Wienholt on January 10, 2012 – 3:17 amIf I had a dollar for every time I heard a man say “women suck at driving” or “women cant drive,” Id be a rich man. To be honest, I, as a man, am also guilty of this type of stereotyping. And as I sit back and think of the comments Ive made before in the past, I start to think Where on earth did this stereotype come from? Is there even any basis for it? Or have us males been poking fun at females for no reason whatsoever?
Men have been talking about how bad women are at driving for years. But is what they are saying even true? Or have women been getting a bad rap?

Car Insurance Rates by Body Style
Written by Zachary Jones on January 7, 2012 – 7:34 pmEveryone knows that someone who drives a 2011 Porsche Carrera GTS with 408 horsepower will have a higher car insurance bill than someone who drives a 1997 Toyota Corolla with 100 horsepower. In most cases, the disparity in auto insurance rates between these radically different vehicles will average in the thousands…but why? Four factors account for the price difference among various body styles: age, cost to repair, risk, and size. Newer, pricier, faster, and larger vehicles all typically cost more to insure because of what they would cost to replace or repair, how likely they are to get into an accident, and how much damage they are likely to inflict in the event of an accident.

Your condominium association’s master policy will state clearly which parts of the complex are insured which parts aren’t, and generally belongs to either one of two different types of master policies, which are bare walls-in and all-in. Read full article…

Written by Tayla Wienholt on December 9, 2011 – 11:58 amBuying a Car Insurance for a car owner has become mandatory. The fuel and maintenance expenses alone can affect the monthly budget. And if an accident occurs, the expenses becomes really hard to meet and will consequently lead us into debt. Car Insurance can be savior in such cases.

This may at first sound obvious and appropriate because of its recurring nature, as the premium has to be paid every month or the other. People will try to avoid or at least minimize this kind of spending. But insurance is said to be an investment which will repay eventually itself in case of an accident.
The reason behind this kind of thinking is that the accident never occurs. Thi

How to Keep Unwanted People Away from Your Home
Written by Christina Williams on December 7, 2011 – 8:42 amA monitored home security system can save you on your home insurance costs but sometimes it takes more to keep unwanted people, such as thieves, safely away from your home.
Here are some good tricks to detract thieves from your house, especially if you are a woman or are elderly and living alone: Have a man say your answering machine greeting, get a large pair of men’s work boots to put outside your door, add a man’s name to your mailbox, put large dog dishes visible outside, and add a “beware of dog” sign to your doors and windows. Now.. the intruders think you have a man and dog in the house and you don’t even have to pick up after them!
