Cheap car insurance is readily available for those people that abide by the rules of the road. The problem is that those that do not abide by the laws and do not take car insurance of any kind out ruin it for everyone else. If the car is still not insured then you may have it seized and destroyed… unless you hold a Statutory Off Road Notice. You can get one if you have yet to do so and this will help you to avoid the penalties… providing that you do not drive the car of course!
